Consulting

Full-funnel growth, run by the person you hire.

I take on a focused number of engagements at a time. Each one starts with a tracking and funnel audit, then moves into running acquisition, activation, and retention against revenue targets.

The problem

Where growth budgets leak

No baseline

Campaigns launch before tracking is right, so the data you optimize against is wrong from day one.

No structure

Campaigns, onboarding, and email get built reactively, one piece at a time, with nothing connecting them to funnel stages.

No signal

Budget gets spent, but nothing downstream feeds back. Bidding algorithms and lifecycle programs cannot learn without clean conversion and revenue data.

The engagement

How an engagement runs

Month 1

Tracking and funnel audit

Before any budget decision, I audit how conversions and revenue are measured and where the funnel loses volume and value.

Month 2 onward

Operate

I run acquisition, activation, and retention against the targets set in month one, with weekly changes on a fixed day and a written change log.

  • You work with me directly. No junior account managers.
  • No 6-month contracts and no tooling markups.
  • You own every ad account, audience, and piece of data.
  • Scope and deliverables are set in each proposal, based on the services you hire me for.
Fit

Who this is for

A good fit

  • You have a clear offer and a landing page or product that already converts some traffic.
  • You want paid media and lifecycle judged on revenue, not platform metrics.
  • You are willing to fix tracking before scaling spend.
  • You want a strategic partner with direct access to the person doing the work.

Not a fit

  • You need someone to run ads without a clear offer or a working landing page.
  • You are looking for guaranteed results before the data is there.
  • You want a hands-off vendor, not a strategic partner.
FAQ

Common questions

Do you only run ads, or also email, onboarding, and CRM?
Both. Acquisition is one part of the funnel. I also work on activation, lifecycle, retention, and CRM so paid spend is judged on the revenue it produces, not on the leads it reports.
I don’t have tracking set up yet. Is that a problem?
No. Setting up tracking correctly is usually the first thing I do. Launching campaigns without it would be the actual problem.
My budget is small. Is it worth it?
It depends on your click costs and conversion goals. I will tell you honestly whether paid media makes sense for your stage before we start.
Do you work with pre-revenue startups?
Yes, if the fundamentals are in place: a working landing page, a clear ICP, and a realistic budget. I won’t take on accounts where the conditions for success don’t exist.
How long until we see results?
New accounts typically need 4 to 6 weeks to collect enough data for automated bidding to work properly. I set expectations upfront so you know what to look for at each stage.
We’re launching a new product. When should we start?
Before you launch, not after. Account setup, keyword research, and tracking take time. If you wait until launch day, the first weeks go to fixing what should have been built in advance.
Why a senior freelancer instead of an agency?
Agencies often assign junior account managers to smaller accounts. With me, every analysis, decision, and report comes from the person you hired, and when something isn’t working I adjust within days, not at the next quarterly review.
