When you submit the contact form, I receive:

• Your name and email address.
• Anything else you choose to enter: company, website, monthly ad spend range, and your message.
• How you arrived at the site: campaign parameters in the link you used (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, or fbclid), the first page you visited, the page you submitted the form from, and the referring website.

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load two measurement tools:

• Google Analytics 4, which records pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived at the site. It is used in aggregate to understand which pages and channels work.
• Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with pages, including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, and can replay those interactions as session recordings. Clarity sessions are linked to the Google Analytics browser identifier so the two tools can be read together.

The site also stores your arrival details (the campaign parameters and first page described above) in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days, so a later form submission can be attributed to the page you first arrived on. This data stays in your browser unless you submit the form.

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding.
• To understand which pages and channels bring inquiries. Basis: legitimate interest, or your consent where local law requires it.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse. Basis: legitimate interest.

I do not sell personal data. I share it only with service providers that run the site on my behalf:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and processes request logs.
• Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to my inbox.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person and not a bot.
• Google, through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Microsoft, through Clarity, which records session activity.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics tool.

Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK, and several US states such as California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect their data.
